The voice interface for Quickbase.
For anyone tired of clicking through forms and copy-pasting into Quickbase. Create and update records by voice instead.
Brain dumps in. Clean records out.
Talk through what happened the way you'd tell a coworker. QVA pulls out the fields that matter, normalizes the values to match your Quickbase app, and shows you the record before it saves.
“Total cost of eight hundred and fifty bucks, job kicked off this morning, wrap up Thursday. Status in progress.”
Validates against your schema. Before you ever hit save.
Required fields, dropdown values, reference lookups — QVA respects them. If something's missing or doesn't match, you see it on the preview screen, not in a Quickbase error after the fact.
Clean up any value in one tap.
Voice gets you close. One tap gets you exact. Uppercase, lowercase, title case, trim whitespace, strip special characters, or compact into a single string — six instant transforms that clean up any value without retyping.
One field. Full attention.
Focus Mode zooms into a single field for distraction-free voice dictation — and automatically polishes what you say. Filler words, false starts, and rough grammar are cleaned up before you even see the result. Tap the mic, speak naturally, and review a professional version of what you said. Edit if you want, confirm when it's right. Perfect for descriptions, scope notes, comments, and any narrative field where you'd normally spend minutes typing and re-typing to get the wording right.

How it Works
Three screens. Pick a table, talk like you're explaining it to a coworker, then confirm the record before it saves.
Pick a table. Choose create or edit.
Drop into the dashboard, point QVA at the Quickbase app and table you're working in, and pick whether you're adding a new record or updating an existing one.
Work Orders
Hold the mic. Talk like a coworker.
The mic turns red and starts listening. Describe what happened in plain English — QVA transcribes in real time, then maps what you said to the fields on the table you picked.
“New work order for the Henderson site — HVAC repair, started this morning, labor came in at eight fifty, status in progress, due Thursday.”
Speak naturally. QVA pulls out fields, normalizes the values, and shows you the record before saving.
Review the record. Confirm or tweak.
Before anything is written to Quickbase, QVA shows you exactly what it parsed. Edit any field inline, then confirm. Required fields are flagged so you can't accidentally save an incomplete record.

Nothing stored. Ever.
QVA is an interface — not a data store. It uses your Quickbase user token, scoped to permissions you already have. Voice is transcribed in real time and discarded. Tokens are encrypted at rest with a key bound to your user identity. There's no transcript archive, no record cache, nothing for an attacker to steal that they couldn't get from Quickbase directly.
