1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quick Voice Assistant ("QVA"), a product of 407 Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
QVA is a voice-to-data interface that allows users to create records in Quickbase applications using voice commands. QVA is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Quickbase, Inc.
3. User Accounts
To use QVA, you must create an account and connect your Quickbase credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Quickbase Integration
QVA integrates with Quickbase via the official Quickbase API using your user token. QVA operates only within your existing Quickbase permissions and cannot access data or perform actions beyond what your Quickbase account allows.
5. Data Processing
Voice input is processed in real-time to extract structured data for creating Quickbase records. QVA does not store raw audio files, voice transcripts, or Quickbase record contents. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and Payment
QVA offers subscription plans with different usage limits. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QVA to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
8. Intellectual Property
QVA and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 407 Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you create through the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
QVA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of voice recognition or data extraction.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 407 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of QVA, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 407 Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of QVA or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of QVA after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to QVA immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
